Less Than Three Dance Crew

Less Than Three (LT3) is a student-led, inclusive dance club at the University of San Diego. I have served on its Executive Board for three years. First as the Merchandise Coordinator, second as the Marketing Chair, and currently as the Vice President.

As Merchandise Coordinator I designed custom uniforms, logos, and branded merchandise using Adobe Illustrator. I also managed communication with external merchandise distributors, successfully negotiating pricing and coordinating orders, reducing costs by 10%.

As Marketing Chair, I implemented a successful social media design and strategy for the organization’s Instagram, leading to a 856.9% increase in engagement. I also streamlined a weekly content calendar, using Excel for scheduling, Canva and Adobe for design, and CapCut for video editing. In this role, formed partnerships with other student clubs for campus events, while building mutually beneficial relationships.

As Vice President, I handle more of the "behind-the-scenes" work including, booking and reserving rooms for our events, executing catering funding through the university, and aiding the President in any extra planning and organizing for the club.
