Marketing & Partnerships Intern

This internship gave me hands-on experience in sports marketing and partnerships, as well as operations and management. My main projects during my internship focused on the marketing and partnerships aspect of the company. I helped out with weekly schedule postings, as well as outreach to new and existing partners.

My biggest project was helping plan and execute Volo San Diego’s first networking event, Pints & Partners. I conducted research and outreach to partners, inviting them to our event. This event helped me understand the importance of the organization and communication that goes into event planning.
