Awareness Campaign

For a group project, we were tasked with creating an awareness campaign for an important subject. We originally chose animal conservation, but we soon realized the theme was too broad. We narrowed it down to nature conservation, and then narrowed it further to the Torrey Pines State Reserve Conservation found in San Diego.

We researched the conservation to find out what information they put out already on helping the reserve and spreading awareness. We used what we found to settle on a design theme and elements for our campaign, which was made up of social media posts, flyers , billboard or signage, and a promotional item. I was in charge of the signage.

For the signage, I chose to focus on the scenery of the Torrey Pines State Reserve, but I chose to add an artistic element and make it into an art piece of the views, instead of just sticking with a photograph of the scenery.
