San Diego Legion Rugby Marketing Plan
Through the USD Sports Marketing class, we were requested by the San Diego Legion Rugby team to present an analysis to the CEO and Marketing Team. We reviewed their current marketing efforts and highlighted growth opportunities for social media and search engine optimization (SEO). We also conducted market research and analyzed marketing campaigns to propose other marketing ideas to increase rugby awareness, attendance, and return on investment (ROI).
